The most common is pain associated with menses, known as dysmenorrhea.
Sometimes this pain can radiate down the legs. Pain with intercourse is not uncommon. The pain with menses is usually described as severe camping for the first day or two. Sometimes it can even start before the bleeding begins, which is suggestive of endometriosis.
