Do flu vaccines help. I get them every year but i tend to get flu anyways.

They only help if they cover the current virus that is causing an influenza outbreak.
The virus changes from year to year and the cdc makes an educated guess on which strains to cover in any given year. Fyi- you may not be getting actual influenza. There are thousands of viruses that can present with similar symptoms. The only way to know for sure is go to a clinic and get tested.
