Eat Better ! Gastric reflux may worsen when pregnant. Avoid eating late, big meals, saucy and condimented .Specially after 5 pm. Digestion is very slow during pregnancy. If you smoke , quit and ask your doctor about acid pump inhibitors like pepsid and prilosec. Treating gastric reflux aggressively will decrease your morning sickness as well. Eat small meals every 3 hours or so. Good luck !
