Eat Better! Gastric reflux may worsen when pregnant. Avoid eating late, big meals, saucy and condimented. Specially after 5 pm. Digestion is very slow during pregnancy. If you smoke, quit and ask your doctor about acid pump inhibitors like pepsid and prilosec. Treating gastric reflux aggressively will decrease your morning sickness as well. Eat small meals every 3 hours or so. Good luck!
Ginger. Consider nibbling on bits of crystallized ginger or making up some fresh organic ginger tea and sipping on it.
