In brief: Risky choice

The 'holistic healers' that tout this option do so without any science and with very small numbers of patients successfully treated, making predictability of results questionable.
Would recommend sticking to allopathic treatment options (chemo / radiation) from an oncologist, but could add as adjuvant option. More info here: http://cowurine.Com/index.Html.

In brief: Of course not

You are desperate and afraid.
A sweet-talking "persecuted genius" has appealed to "ancient wisdom." it won't help. If you get a good result with conventional therapy, he/she will take credit. If you get a bad result, he/she will blame you for accepting conventional treatment or not seeing him/her sooner. Do not reward these cruel charlatans with your money, even if it's not much. Be strong.

Very unlikely to help you. There are Ayurvedic medications made of various cow products including cow urine and cow dung to name a few, and this may be what you are referring to as cow pee.
