In brief: Foot numbness

Many times it is a pinched nerve in the low back.
You do not need to have associated back pain. Look up lumbar radiculopathy. Diabetic with feel numbness all thru the day. Radicular numbness can come and go. A patient an have a combination of both. Neuropathy vs. lumbo-sacral radiculopathy. Good Luck
