No prove that I know. 23 day cycle is nor abnormal if you ovulate and 10 day luteal phase is not short. Short luteal phase is 8 days or less. Obtain day Progesterone level with your primary care or obgyn on 2.5 to 3 weeks after the begining of the cycle. If Progesterone is > 8ng/dl, no treatment for what you mentioned is required.
