Infection, could be bacterial or allergic or herpes or other causes, if u were my pt in coral springs, fl i would do an exam and cultures for yeast bact and herpes and most likely start treating u for yeast until i get the cultures back and u can take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) which should not hurt anything to help with some of the symptoms. Needs an exam . Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. White lumps could be herpes, blocked glands or an allergic reaction.
