In brief: Toe fracture

Fractures usually take minimum of 6 weeks to heel.
Need x-ray to see if its healed.

In brief: A lot depends...

On where the break is at.
If it is not into a joint, there should be some degree of worry about displacement as well. Rest, ice, compression, elevation and splinting will help. You can 'buddy-tape' two adjacent toes for 5-6 weeks. Then it should be strong enough to get back to regular activities. See a podiatrist for an x-ray and make sure it doesn't get worse.
