In brief: your symptoms

Sensation of spinning, room tilting, floor coming towards you, ceiling tilting, episodic feeling of lightheadedness, feeling of something rushing in the head, are symptoms of vertigo.
In severe state there is nausea, vomiting and poor balance. Unsteadiness can occur with even mild vertigo. Symptoms are often triggered by head and or body movements.
