Combined OCP. There is not a great answer to this question. Many types of ocp's can be helpful in preventing large cysts from forming. However, this is not a fool proof treatment either. Many people will still develop cysts. I would recommend trying any combined tri or mono-phasic pill either to a cyclic fashion (monthly or quarterly periods) or in a continuous fashion (skipping periods) to see what works for u. Ovarian cyst. If you have a large ovarian cyst this needs to be evaluated by an Obgyn to determine if needs to be removed or if it is likely to resolve on its own.
