In brief: Common symptoms
Ppendicitis usually starts with nausea and vomitting, peri umbilical pain and then moves to the r lower abdomen.
That is the classic book symptoms. All patients are different. See your doctor or a surgeon as soon as possible.

In brief: RLQ ABD PAIN
The "classic" symptoms of appendicitis include generalized abdominal pain that eventually "moves" to the right lower abdomen.
The pain becomes constant, progressively worsening, made worse by movement (coughing, walking), associated with nausea+/-vomiting+/-decreased appetite+/-fever. Of course, only about 1/2 the time do we see these classic symptoms-- if you suspect appendicitis, see a doctor.
