In brief: See the doctor

Your description is very suggestive of herpes simplex, but a doctor should look at the blisters and possibly take a sample to be sure.
If you might have herpes, you should find out for sure so you can be treated and avoid spreading it. Similar lesions could also be due to shingles or an autoimmune disease like behcet's disease or crohn's disease.

In brief: Blisters vaginal

Blisters of vagina or vulva which are painful and of acute onset are most likely to be caused by herpes genitalis.
Cultures should be obtained for this virus.Anti-viral medications(like valtrex) must be given for a period of 10 days. These are highly infectious-so avoid sex!do not self infect yourself.Blood work for herpes simplex must be done to see if this is new or old infection.
