No insurance, but would be grateful for help. How can I help my children not get sugar diabetes?

Active Lifestyle. Diabetes is a serious concern for our children. For instance, in the US, 52% of Hispanic girls are expected to develop diabetes during their lifetime. The keys to prevention are keeping thin and trim, exercise, and a healthy diet. Teaching your children this will keep them healthier their entire lifetime. Get them off the x-box and make them exercise for an hour a day, and serve healthy meals.
Eat well, exercise. Obesity is the main risk factor, to avoid that, they need to eat healthy, avoid soda, juices, sugary drinks. They need to exercise, play and not become obese.
