After Zyprexa wtloss: Most of the patients that I have switched off of Olanzapine and onto another drug were able to lose their weight. Those who exercised and dieted lost faster. Meaning it takes that long to eleminate 1/2 the drug from your system, then that long to eleminate 1/2 of what's left and so on till it's all gone.
