Am zoning out about need help? I could remember things that happen but it feels like am in a trans maybe thinking to much as a go on my drive emotional level has seem to go
Hello.: Hello. I can't diagnose what the cause is for your symptoms. I am having a difficult time getting a full grasp on what you are describing. We can zone out to different levels. Day dreaming is one way of zoning out. Another example is zoning out when you are driving and without realizing it, you have driven quite a distance. In psychiatry we call some forms of zoning out dissassociation. When things become too stressful or painful, part of the mind can protect us by causing us to shut it off. On the other hand a person can have derealization in which things around you just seem unreal or depersonalization in which you don't seem right. If you are bothered by your symptoms, suggest you see a doctoral level clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist. ...Read more

Had a concussion 2 months ago headaches and dizziness has been soing good now I just feel like my eyes losing focus sometimes like zoning out?
Postconcussive phase: Your symptoms are consistent with a postconcussive syndrome or phase of recovery although the "zoning out" concerns me a bit. If your concussion knocked you out for more than a few minutes then, the risk of seizures climbs substantially. Consider reporting this to your doctor. Practice: All of us get distracted easily. Focusing takes practice, and it's not easy for anyone no matter what they say.
