Consult OB/GYN doc: I don't know anybody of using this diet, but i know the concept. I would be concerned if your are losing a lot of weight during your pregnancy. Wtloss home delivery: The positives about home delivery are portion control and ease of use.I imagine the companies that deal in home delivery would allow you to purchase a "sample" program to see if the food is to your taste after all, if the food is not to your liking-you will not becommitted to the program.
