Wellbutrin (bupropion)?: Wellbutrin (bupropion) can bring a risk of seizures and that risk is increased in combo w/ Seroquel. It is also risky for pregnancy and should be avoided if possible. Seroquel is not likely to be a problem, but see if the doctor can find an alternative to Wellbutrin (bupropion). Not recommended: Both zoloft (sertraline) and 5thp will increase serotonin levels. The doses are often not well standardized in supplements - so you can't always be sure of the amount of active substance you are getting. Best to talk over with your prescribing psychiatrist. SSRI and bleeding: Zoloft (sertraline) and its cousins can block how well platelets work and therefore can cause bleeding.
