Zoloft And Ibuprofen
Not recommended: There is a potential interaction as both can increase the risk of bleeding problems. If Tylenol (acetaminophen) works as well it might be a better choice for you. If you are otherwise healthy without other risk factors for bleeding and taking relatively lower doses of Zoloft and ibuprofen, the risk of bleeding is not high but I would want you to check with your own doctor before I could recommend it. ...Read more

Be careful: Avoid ibuprofen and all NSAIDs, also compounds containing aspirin as excedrin migraine, all those can interact with zoloft and cause increased risk of bleeding or CNS symptoms, if used without caution. Hi, I just started taking Zoloft (sertraline) yesterday (25 mg) and came down with a headache because of the lack of my daily caffeine. Can I take a couple Motrin?
From drug-drug interaction, the combination does not raise concerns - if the Advil use is limited.

NSAIDs in general can exert either positive or negative psychotropic actions in a small number of sensitive individuals ...Read more
