I am not aware of any specific interaction between ibuprofen and any of the other 3 meds , but there are potential interactions between Lamictal, Zoloft and Wellbutrin (bupropion). Bleeding risk: There is ^ bleeding risk with use zoloft (sertraline) & ibuprofen. Geriatric pt's with kidney or liver disease are at higher risk in particular. Some bleeding sx's: ^ bruising, weakness, dizziness, bloody urine or stools & poor bleeding control. I have patients on both without problems.
