Ask Dr: It "might" be normal for you, but more likely is a feature of your anxiety. If you've removed caffeine, energy drinks, tobacco, cold medicines, etc., from your life and hr still up near 100, should get checked by your dr for med mgmt, vs blood test for thyroid or other issues. ...Read more

Zoloft: Zoloft can cause side effects of tiredness and nausea, at least temporarily. Hopefully they will pass within a couple of weeks. If exercising in general helps you feel better, it may work this way at this time also. ...Read more

Symptoms control: The goal of taking medication is to control symptoms. I would go with the checklist that originally lead you to take medications and see if those symptoms have improved. Continue to find right dose or medication until you see significant improvement or noticeable change. If you are not sure if you have felt change, probably medication is not working. ...Read more

Food intake vs. out.: Impossible to gain body mass unless eat (& retain) more than body removes in constant process of molecular/cell turnover. Low fat diet is notorious for driving obesity (carbs/sugars are stored by the body as fats). While ?ed muscle mass & use tends to ? turnover, one can still eat enough to ? body mass faster than loss.
