Nausea~: hello~ Zofran is reserved for severe nausea that accompanies chemotherapy, so I would use something safer and first line like Compazine (prochlorperazine), (prochlorperazine) which would work better than metaclopamide, but metaclopamide can be used in mild cases.You will need to ask your doc for a script for Compazine (prochlorperazine). thanks ...Read more

HopefullyFindACause: First, double the dose of Zofran (ondansetron). And if you can, chew it up and let it dissolve and get absorbed through your mouth. If that doesn't work you might consider seeing a doctor to make sure nothing serious is going on, especially if you have fever or a headache. Other than Dramamine, other effective medications for nausea require a prescription unless you want to try herbs or homeopathic medications. ...Read more
