As I mentioned in my other answer, it's very unlikely you have low testosterone-other conditions with similar symptoms are much more likely. Ask you doc to test free & total testosterone levels.

Possibly: Studies for Zinc Carnosine are between. 75 and 150 mg dose with the latter one being more effective. What is the best way to treat gastritis? Does zinc-carnosine and / or DGL help with this? Thanks.
There is some: Anecdotal evidence that both of these supplements, zinc L-carnitine and deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DZL), have beneficial effects in treatment peptic ulcer disease and gastritis. Would Pepsin GI (8MG Zinc with 29.5MG L-Carnosine) be a helpful supplement to take if I currently have gastritis?
Possibly, but: PepZin is a compound of L-carnitine and Zinc marketed in Japan for treatment of stomach distress and peptic ulcer disease. Studies support it's healing effect in a number of gastric conditions. If you've self diagnosed your condition as gastritis you should check with a physician to be sure you don't have an ulcer or H.pylori related gastritis. Most U.S. physicians are not familiar with PepZin. ...Read more
Do Deglycyrrhized licorice (DGL) and zinc carnosine (Polaprezinc in Japan) work for treating acid reflux and GERD?
Unknown.: There are not good human studies for either one of them to be able to assess their effect on G.I. diseases. There do not seem to be bad side effects for zinc carnosine. It is less clear for DGL. It can have bad interactions with other medications and other supplements. If you want to take either of these, discuss it with your doctor first. Good luck. ...Read more
