Won't help unless...: Hard to say- maybe never! biotin deficiency can cause hair problems but if you are not deficient it may not help you. Many vitamins are needed for healthy hair, including b3, b5, b6, B12 ; a, c, d ; e. Zinc ; silica are also important, as are omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids.
