PMLE: Full spectrum sunscreen, preferably a chemical free one that contains micronized zinc oxide and micronized titanium dioxide will block the rays also sun protective clothing should be used. People who are allergic to poison ivy will break out on a rash every time they rub it on their skin. Pmle will act the same way in people who have it. Question unclear: Erythromycin or azithromycin? Either one should be out of system by 3 weeks. Itching may be due to deodorant/antiperspirant irritation after shaving. Try change in deodorant/antiperspirant (one without aluminum). If still not resolved, see dermatologist. ...Read more
