Yes: 5-htp will help increase your serotonin which I guess is what you're after to help. 100mg is ok, can slowly increase. I'd suggest adding relora 2 x daily as well as green coffee bean extract but that must be taken at least 30 min prior to each meal to be effective. I'd try to get off the omeprazol - bad stuff long term as far as nutrient absorption. Get a digestive enzyme and probiotic instead! ...Read more
