Why are you on Prilosec (ppi med)? Gerd? Esophagitis? Barrett's esophagus? Ulcer? Other? Had an endoscopy? When? Following gerd recommendations, re: diet, tobacco, coffee, fatty foods, lying down, weight loss, peppermint, other meds, etc?

GERD: You can try sucralfate which is different class of medication. You have to cut down on advil, ibuprofen& pepto-bismol. They all cause gatric irritation and bleed.
