I : I wish i could tell you there are effective treatments for stretch marks, but honestly the ones on the market are not very effective. I have heard good things about mederma, it's worth a try in all reality time is the best thing for stretch marks. Over time they fade and become less noticeable. You can prevent further stretch marks by not losing or gaining weight too fast. NO: There's some controversy but the bulk of opinion is that taking a multivitamin is not beneficial except for certain specific populations who are nutritionally deficient. Olive, coconut and..: Olive oil is healthy for cooking at low temperature but is not healthy when exposed to high heat. For higher heat i recommend coconut oil, which has many health benefits and does well at high temperatures. Hi-oleic safflower oil is also good for high temperatures. Separate issues: Excess body fat is MUCH more common than too little. One has to be on an extreme diet (or anorexic) or have malabsorption to get dangerously low body fat. Avoiding oils does not reduce body fat much; eating carbs is the main cause of fat.
