First try: The traditional treatments , measured eastic bandages elivation , edema pumps etc, advise from your doctor , including physical thrapy. If there is infection to eliminate it( treat ) , then if you want and if you can do try 'shirashasana' for couple of hrs stay on your head with legs up in air .
