I had miscarried 5 weeks from now I have started yoga from 4th week but my back hurts me when I do lift weight or do extra work so should I stop yoga?
Till when should I rest if i had miscarried before 5 weeks from now? My back hurts sometimes if i lift 20 lbs babies and do house work and yoga
4-6 weeks: Decreased work load should be 4-6 weeks, but this doesn't mean you should be doing week 5 what you were in week 1. You need to gradually increase your participation in activities so your muscles stay toned and the transition back into full activity is easier.
