It REALLY varies...: If the Curanail works how it is supposed to, and the "infected" portion is as you describe, it could still take 2-3 months for the nail to grow out enough to be "better." The problem is that Curanail is just one of the many topical over-the-counter products that may not be as effective as advertised. If it works - good for you! If not, see a doctor for something with a more proven track record. ...Read more
