This could be coming from your maxillary (upper) wisdom teeth erupting towards your cheek. If this is the case, every time you open your mouth you would be pinching your cheek between that tooth and your jawbone. If the pain is on the right side, sliding your jaw to your left will also make it hurt, and vice versa. The "greenish-yellow dot" could be an ulceration.

Staph infxn yeast: Sounds like a staph infection inside your nose with a possible yeast infection in the corner of your mouth. Have you been on antibiotics? I'd try Bacitracin ointment inside your nose applied with a clean finger 4 to 5 times a day and Clotrimazole cream to the corners of your mouth 4 to 5 times a day. Watch for any change: Ulcers in the mouth are quite common. Most of them are painful and are related to virus infections (often called canker sores). They heal themselves in 7-10 days. So keep an eye on it to see the changes over the next 2-4 weeks.
