You should be seen by a doctor who can make sure that you don't have a bacterial infection AND can make sure your salt levels and hydration status are OK. Infection: Black colored stools/diarrhea is known as melena. Melana is usually due to upper GI bleeding from stomach/duodenum. This along with nausea, stomach cramps and fever may be seen with bacterial infection or gastroenteritis. The ibuprofen you take may also be causing to your symptoms. If the diarrhea was watery, it may still be bacterial infection; however, viral gastroenteritis may be more likely.
