Many issues!: Many problems may be unrelated, but pcos needs to be excluded, because of it being a part of metabolic syndrome. You did not mention if you are overweight and carry it on the middle. Pcos is associated with high free (not total) testosterone, which could explain several issues. Hyperpolactinemia is common, could cause sore breast, but is associated with scant or absent periods. I: I would call your doctor. The green stools may not be such a big deal because that can occur when feces transits too quickly through the colon. It prevents bile from be adequately metabolised and thus the feces do not from green to their characteristic brown colored. This is usually wet or liquid. However, the yellow stools could be from an absence of bile salts (liver, gallbladder or common bile duct). SOD2: It is very likely in your situation that there is more going on than just sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. SOD does not usually cause diarrhea and weight loss, although the pain that you described certainly could be due to it.
