I have a bump near/almost on my lower lip. It is big filled with white/yellow pus. Is this a cold sore?can cold sores be one bump or always acluster ?
It may be infection of a hair follicle, it could have been triggered by a cold sore and one does not exclude the other. Do not try to pop it. Popping runs the risk of sending bacteria into blood vessels and also leaves a bigger scar. You may apply warm fomentation to facilitate healing.
