Yellow Bump Inside Eyelid
I have a yellow bump inside bottom eyelid. It has a 3mm diameter. Is there a home remedy or will I need surgery? If so will it hurt after surgery?

Sounds like you are VERY CONSCIOUS of your body (NORMAL for someone your age) The Stye should be treated with soaking in plain water using an eye cup (available at your Pharmacy)

This may be a chalazion or hordeolum. If red and painful it likely represents the a localized infection of and oil gland within the eyelid (hordeolum). Some people call each of these conditions "styes."
you can use warm compresses to help for spontaneous resolution. If this does not do the trick, a trip to your eye doctor may be in order. Courses of medications or incisional surgery can help.
