Separate infections: Chlamydia and vaginal yeast infections are entirely different; neither causes the other. Both are very common, so simultatnous infection with both is not rare. Usually yes, but...: When chlamydia shows up in a couple, usually there is another partner. But sometimes not, and you are best judge of hubby's behavior and truthfulness. Some kinds of tests can give false results. Rarely chlamydia may persist many years in intestinal tract, then reinfect female genital. No risk or concern for the kids.
