Don't worry: Continue Yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) active pills daily and anticipate bleeding during the fourth placebo week. Whenever you change pills you risk irregular bleeding. I recommend you use condoms as back up contraception. ...Read more

Yes!: Each Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) pack contains 24 light pink active pills 4 inert white pills. You may be able to delay your period by starting a new pack instead of taking the white inert pills. You are still protected from pregnancy if you do this.
