It will happen soon: It will happen in the next few days as it is withdrawal bleeding from the pill. You might want to consider other forms of contraception if you are sexually active now that the pill has been discontinued. ...Read more

Yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) : Not sure i quite understand the question. In general ocp should be started on the day of you period or on the sunday following your period (if you want to remember that every 4 weeks on a sunday you start a new package). ...Read more

No weight gain: The only birth control method proven to cause weight gain is the depot Provera shot. Birth control pills don't cause weight gain, though they can cause water retention. The yasmin, (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) however, doesn't typically cause water retention. If you're gaining weight it may be to increased calories or not enough exercise. Yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) can help with acne, in fact, any oral contraceptive helps with acne. ...Read more
