Energy and stamina do not come out of a pill bottle, or for that matter 5 cups of coffee, although that can be a temporary solution. The long-term answer is good diet, exercise, staying at healthy weight, getting adequate sleep. A therapeutic multivitamin may help if your diet isn't what it should be. ...Read more
