Can a xy female with small uterus and no ovaries get pregnant by donated egg through ivf. What's the procedure ? Please help
Maybe: The likelihood is probalby small, but depends on the cause of the dsd (disorder of sex development). T-fem usually doesn't have a functional uterus. If it is xy gonadal dysgenesis, maybe. You need an evaluation of the inside of the uterus (if there is a vagina and cervix to get there). If the uterine cavity is normal, substantial hormone treatment may allow ivf to work. Good luck. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
