Identifying a hairline fracture in the wrist in the flied I am an nremt and was curious as too make a positive diagnoses ?

CT,MR or bone scan: Ct is reat for bone detalail & u can reformat into 2-d, also good to show healing. An mr will show edema and bleeding in the area of even a hairline fracrure, d not great for bone detail or 4 showing healing. Bone scan is very sensative for bone activity in the area of a suspected fx but is not specific $ fracture, only activity : infection, tumor etc

i would go ct-mr if important.$$$$$$
