Fell asleep with head on desk, forehead on top of back of hand. Woke up and couldn't move from elbow down for a few minutes. Wrist clicking. Damaged?

You may have: fractured it at the time of the skateboarding accident .... you don't say whether you had it properly evaluated and treated at that time. It may have healed improperly.
