Wrist sprain over two months ago. Splint didn't help. Is severe pain still. Do you think a cast would help for two weeks or so? That way it can rest?

Get rechecked: Without more information it is hard to give you an exact answer. However, wrist fractures are notorious for not showing up on initial X-Rays for a variety of reasons. If you are still having pain it is appropriate to have the wrist reevaluated. If you could avoid immobilization that is better for long term function.
