If I lose weight, i'll have thinner skin. Doesn't that make it more likely to get wrinkles?

No.: That's the worst excuse for not dieting that I've ever heard. Your skin doesn't get thinner when you lose weight, the fat layer underneath it does. And even if it did, the health benefits of losing excess weight far exceed any conceivable cosmetic concerns. ...Read more

Toning up: Gaining weight will undoubtedly help reduce this problem. However, I do not know thr details of your weight loss, the amount, or how much overweight you were before the weight loss. In general, we'd like to gradually increase your muscle mass and tone through weight lifting and exercise program. This will give your legs their best cosmetic appearence. But if it's more than a few millimeters thick and fills your hand it's excess fat. Men generally need to get to 10-12% and women 15-17% body fat before considering surgery. ...Read more
