Is it true that if you eat daily apple vinegar has side effects in the future I heard that in the future wounds or operations do not heal becaus of it?
No effect: Consuming vinegar will have no effect on wounds or surgical recovery. Vinegar has been used in the past topically on wounds but this is now known to be ill advised and has a negative effect on the progression of wound healing. In theory this had an antibacterial effect on the wounds. If this is true at all the damage to healing far outweighs any antibacterial effect. ...Read more

Tear duct plugs good:
You should be using the tear drops 6 times a day and nght time gel (Refresh PM or Genteal gel) will be helpful. If that fails have the punctal plugs put in. Another option would be Restasis but it is expensive.
Floaters usually clear with time and vitreous surgery is not indicated. An exam by an ophthalmologist is needed with the floaters to make sure there is no tear in the retina. ...Read more

KCI wound VAC: In my opinion the most effective of these devices is the kci system. It consists of a sponge, vacuum machine, tubing, and sticky plastic cover (looks like Saran wrap). Usually 3 days per week the dressing is changed. The sponge (usually black but others available depending in wound goals) is placed over the entire wound, airtight plastic cover is put over top, tubing connected to suction. ...Read more

Yes, Wound VACs work: Wound vacs are a type of closed dressing with the advantage of suctioning away excess fluid from the wound&allowing it to heal quicker as well making the wound smaller due to the negative pressure that is applied. They can also be a temporising measure to allow later skin graft placement or flap reconstruction. The latter is needed for durable coverage or exposed bone, tendons etc after injuries. ...Read more
