They could perform a deep tissue massage coupled with stim and ultrasound that can serve to improve your symptoms. Modify activities: Is it work related? If so, can your work be modified to prevent further stress/injury to that area? If it's not work related, try to think of the activity which may be causing it, and try to modify/avoid that. Musculoskeletal pain: If pain provoked by twisting, could be just musculoskeletal pain. Press on the area of pain. If pressing reproduces the pain, that could be it. Should respond to Motrin or Naprosyn (naproxen) available over the counter. Acid reflux responds to Tums and is usually related to food intake and obesity. If you have the latter all the time, see a doctor. May need to screen for H Pylori. ...Read more
