I've read it's not necessary to disclose to every partner that you at one time had HPV (a genital wart) since it's so common, especially if treated and symptom free for many years (2007)? True?
Is plantars wart on heel a symptom of anything or is it purely environmental? I go to the gym a lot but had Lyme this year. Also some stomach issues

Possible but...: A hx of no recurrent wart after treatment is favorable but not a guaranty of not still being a hpv carrier because many hpv-infected men, like women, have no visible lesion. But at least, we can say he may have strong enough immune ability against hpv even maybe still a carrier.
