Not likely.: Very brief pains as you describe are not often associated with heart disease or with palpitations. Palpitations in turn are not likely to be the presenting sign of serious heart disease. Can be either : The only difference between Braxton-Hicks contractions and labor contractions is that the labor contractions lead to cervical change and tend to be slightly more regular. Headache is one of: 33 symptoms of anxiety. Having it continue for months after one 3 hour panic attack is not the norm, so go to an MD for a look-see. However, you might be suffering from residual effects, or sub-panic (chronic, low level anxiety) that could very easily produce headaches. Try massage, meditation, yoga. More information plz: I think a bit more information is needed on your symptoms & how it came on before saying lung clot were HIGH on list. Of course, it MUST be thought of with your symptoms. See a doctor: There can be many causes for the symptoms you describe. The worst possibility that comes to mind is ovarian cancer. Bloating is a common symptom of ovarian cancer, and it's something you want to diagnose early. Get in to see a doctor as soon as possible. Many possibilities: Without knowing your history it is difficult to say. If this as been preceded by increased activity or injury it certainly could be of mechanical cause or irritation. Also referred pain from the neck to the shoulder is quite common and might be considered. As you have fatty liver, an internal source of pain referred to the shoulder is one the list. Angina is, by definition, an uncomfortable sensation - if it's not present, there's no angina. Dyspnea, if due to myocardial ischemia, doesn't imply stability. Go to ER....: Your shortness of breath is a concerning symptom as well as your laryngitis which likely represents upper airway inflammation. You may have pneumonia so you need a chest x-ray as well as a sputum culture to diagnose the bacteria responsible for your infection.
