No: Could it be that you accidentally bit the site where saw black spot. It may have been small bleed in the tissue that would disappear in a few days. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

If you have cancer in the mouth you will not have hard time finding it or knowing that it is there as it will form an ulcer or growth which is not going away and is growing in size.
