Need follow up : you have symptoms that need to be worked up. I would get your primary care and consider getting a imaging to ensure there is no sub diaphragmatic pathology, rare but possible given use of Immune suppression. Serositis alone doesn't explain. Best of luck ...Read more

Pelvic pain: Many different things can give you those symptoms. Diverticulitis, colitis, colon polyps, adhesions/obstruction, ovarian cysts, less likely cancers can all give you left pelvic pains. If this is recurrent or has lasted more than a couple days i would see a surgeon or gynecologist asap.
