You may have low: Blood Pressure causing dizziness whenever you rise from lying down. Check BP lying, sitting, standing. Wait 1 minute after each change in position. Also, make a note of the pulse. Puzzling assumption: Vision worsening because of wandering eye is expected, but often the wondering is triggered by other eye or eye muscle issues.
